Judge Culpepper has lived in the Morgantown
area for 25 years. He graduated from WVU's Journalism School and WVU College of Law. He's been married for 19 years to a Monongalia
County public school teacher and they have two children ages 13 and 11. From his experience as an attorney and as a Judge,
he has knowledge and experience spanning the entire legal spectrum. As your Family Law Master and Family Court Judge for the
past 11 years, he understands first-hand the legal issues confronting Monongalia County's children and families. With all
of the many changes facing Monongalia County, both economically and demographically, Judge Culpepper believes that we must
make sure that the qualities that have always made Monongalia County a great place to raise a family, are not lost - that
our county remain a safe place to live, that our schools stay strong, and that an effective legal system will protect our
children, our families, our homes and our property. While change can be positive, a successful community must also know how
